I certify that the information given in this application is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that the loan amount awarded is towards a
percentage
of my tuition fee only, and does not cover the total cost of the course.
I also understand that, if selected, I will have to sign an MoU and agree to repay
the amount as per the repayment schedule of the
Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme.
I will also have to take a Life Insurance Policy and assign the same to the N S Foundation.
Further, I Accept that on Completion of my studies, I would Continue to associate with the Narotam Sekhsaria Scholarship Programme, and would be willing to take the role of mentoring others.
1) I hereby acknowledge that the decision of the N S Foundation is final with regard to awarding and / or continuing my scholarship.
2) If I am unable to repay the scholarship loan within the prescribed time, the N S Foundation will have the right to hold me, as well as my parents and / or my guarantor responsible for the repayment.

Guideline for Online Application
1.
Who is eligible for this scholarship?
(a)
Indian nationals, residing in India
(b)
Students below 30 years of age as on 31st Jan 2012
Graduates of a recognized university with a consistently good academic record (Students in the final year of the degree course, or those awaiting results are also eligible)
(c)
Students planning to pursue post graduate studies at prestigious institutes from the Fall – 2012 semester (Students awaiting admission are also eligible, but the award of scholarship is subject to securing admission)

Documents to be attached with the completed application form
Scanned attested copies/Scanned orignals of:
(a)
All mark sheets and degree certificates
(b)
GRE / GMAT / TOEFL / IELTS / GATE / CAT scorecards, as applicable
(c)
Award letters of scholarships / awards received
(d)
Certificates of extra-cirricular activities
(e)
Your application to the university and/or offer letter(s) confirming your admission
(f)
First 4 pages of your passport

Recommendation letters of 2 referees
