All selected scholars, besides developing an expertise in the subject of their choice, will enjoy the privilege of being guided by a group of “mentors” to further nurture their professional growth and develop a right attitude towards life. “Mentors” will provide the motivation and encouragement to achieve excellence in their endeavours. This will help them develop into professionals with leadership qualities and a strong sense of values and ethics. We hope that this team of Sekhsaria Scholars will continue a life-long association with the Foundation. We also envisage that they will take on the responsibility of guiding and mentoring students who subsequently get selected, in the years to come. Through our mentoring programme, we propose to create a community of scholars, where every member can draw on one another’s strengths and tap each other’s knowledge.
