Santosh V. Chapaneri is a 25 year old scholar from Mumbai. He has received a total tuition waiver during his B.E from JRD Tata scholarship due to his consistent 75% performance. Suvrat P. Chakradeo is a 21 year old scholar from Pune. He is academically brilliant and has worked on IIT projects and therefore, has a good exposure to his field of choice. He has done his Bachelor’s in Engineering (Computer Engineering) from College of Engineering, Pune. He is currently pursuing his Master’s in Science in Information networking from Carnegie Mellon University. In view of his career goals, through this course he intends to take up independent research in future.

Sarath C. V. Kumar is a 21 year old scholar from Chennai with a ‘Never say Die’ spirit. He is academically brilliant and very focused. His role model is his grandfather who has done PhD from Imperial college (UK) and is now a Dean of a University. He has done his Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical) from Anna University, Chennai. He is currently pursuing MS / PhD in Analog circuit design from University of California. He intends to be a researcher in his field of expertise.

Manisha P. Rajkumar is a 23 year old scholar from Bangalore. She is very academic with thoughtful composure, self confidence and an independent spirit. Manisha intends to work on research areas in software Robotics and Artificial Intelligence and wants to do research in India later. She has done her Bachelor’s in Technology from Indian Institute of Information (Information Technology), Allahabad. Has done research on Digital water marking in the final year. She is currently pursuing Master’s of Science in Computer Science from University of Illinois. She has worked in Hughes Software Systems, Bangalore, as Software Engineer. Her main duties and responsibilities included development and testing.

Krithika Jeyaraman is a 24 year old scholar from Chennai. She is a very focused, confident, sincere and humble person. She intends to specialize in Strategic Consulting. She has done her Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical) from Anna University, Chennai. She has worked in Inautix Technology, Tidel Park, Chennai, an affiliate of Pershing Sec.USA as an application developer. Her job responsibilities included designing and developing application software. She is currently pursuing MBA from University of Indiana, Kelly School of Business.

Akshay Rajwade is a 23 year old scholar from Mumbai. He is very career focused and academically very bright. Akshay intends to work in product development, supply chain management, inventory management, financial engineering, logistics, etc. He has done his Bachelor’s of Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He was selected for ‘UROP – Undergraduate Research Opportunity Programme’ by Imperial College, London for summer internship assignment in 2004. He is currently pursuing MS in Management Science and Engineering (Financial Engineering) from Stanford University.
