Harshet
Lunani: After his schooling at Rishi Valley
School, Harshet is pursuing a B.A. (Hons) course
in Mathematics at St. Stephen's College, University
of Delhi, and has decided to pursue a career in
Mathematics. To understand how Mathematics is applied
in real life situations he did a project at Franklin
Templeton Mutual funds, Hyderabad on the financial
market after his 2nd year in college. He now plans
to join the University of Oxford for an M.Sc. in
Mathematical and Computational Finance, and has
received an internship offer from Merrill Lynch,
London during the summer of 2007. He has been nominated
for the Commonwealth Scholarship and is awaiting
the final result.
Mr. Sandeep Sinha - Mentor: began
his career with Technology Management Leadership
program at GE after completing his postgraduate
studies from the London School of Economics. He
is founding member and managing technology services
across Asia, Europe, and the United States. And
he has been recognized in the TOP 100 CIO list by
the prestigious CIO Magazine. In addition, he has
received several recognitions for applying six sigma
quality methodology for effective service delivery
in IT infrastructure and application areas. Mr.Sinha
is a member of the Working Council of CIOs and has
been a speaker at various conferences organized
by Business Week, KPMG, IBM, EDS and others. |

Sudeep
Tandon: A B.Tech in Electronics Engineering
from the Institute of Technology. BHU, Sudeep has
a good academic record, having consistently ranked
first in class. In he was awarded the JNCASR Summer
Research Fellowship, during which he worked at the
IISc, Bangalore. At present he is working as Design
Engineer with NVIDIA Graphics Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore,
where he got an exposure to the state-of-the-art
tools and methodologies, as also to their core values
of 'Intellectual honesty' and 'one team'. Aspiring
to be a 'technology-entrepreneur'. He will be joining
the MS program in Management Science and Engineering
at Stanford University.

Shreya
Malik: Coming from the sheltered environs
of Chandigarh, Shreya made a conscious decision
to do her undergraduate studies in Mumbai as she
wanted to get away from the culture of the 'North'
which she did not like. Barely 21, she is in the
final year of the BA (Hons) course in Economics
and Statistics at the St. Xavier's College, University
of Mumbai. To complement theoretical knowledge with
real world experience, she trained under two asset
management companies -- standard Chartered and Principal
PNB - during the course of her undergraduate studies.
She volunteered as Research Assistant to the Head
of the Economics Department of her college, and
is the Associate Editor of "Arthnit",
the Economics Journal of the collage. She has now
secured admission to the M.Sc. course in Financial
Economics at the University of Oxford.
Dr.Rajkamal
Iyer - Mentor: is currently an Assistant
Professor of Finance at the University of Amsterdam.
He has completed his PhD from INSEAD in Finance.
Prior to his PhD, he has a MSc in finance and economics
from the London School of Economics. His current
area or research is on Banking and Development Economics |

Tushar
Parashar: Doing his final year of the B.Tech.
program in Industrial Engineering at IIT - Roorkee,
Tushar was one of the 3 students selected from his
institute for a fully paid summer internship after
the third year in the School of Management at the
University of Texas, Dallas. The exposure he got
there in the fields of interest to him, and the
desire to do his master's from one of the best schools
in engineering, led him to apply to some of the
top-ranking universities in the US, the expenses
for which he met out of his savings from the stipend
received during his US internship. As he proudly
states, he "did not take a single penny from
parents for all this endeavor". The son of
a Government school teacher in Delhi, Tushar plans
to take a bank loan to finance his studies for the
MS in Industrial Engineering at Cornell University.
His specific areas of interest are Operations Research
and Supply Chain management. Among his various projects
is a study of the logistics system of the Dabbawallas
of Mumbai to identify the factors that make them
a six sigma enterprise.
Mr Sameer Sharma - Mentor: currently
is a Senior Program Manager at Intel Corporation.
He is based out of Santa Clara, California. He has
done an MS (Computer Engg) from Rutgers University
and BE (Electronics) from Punjab University. He
can guide folks in the areas of technology in general
and Software/Semiconductors in particular.

Chandresh
Dubey: A disadvantaged socio-economic background
and schooling through the vernacular medium have
not deterred Chandresh from excelling in academics
and securing the 1st rank at the BE in mechanical
Engineering examination of the University of Mumbai.
For the past two two years he has been working with
Larsen & Toubro as Design Engineer, which experience
made him realize that he needed to study further
.He has secured admission for the MS in Mechanical
Engineering for 2yrs in Polytechnic University.

Vignesh
Sundaresh: A B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering
student from IIT Madras, Excelling in academics,
he was chosen to conduct research as a 'Fellow'
by the Indian Instiitute of Science, Bangalore and
the Indian Statistical Institute, delhi. He has
also contributed papers for conferences and international
jouranals. At present he is a part of the technical
innovation team representing IIT-Madras in the Vehicle
Design summit organized by MIT Boston, which provides
him an opportunity to interact with MIT faculty
and students. The next step according to him is
to pursue a Master's degree couse in the field of
Mechanical Engineering. He has secured admission
into the MS program in Computation for Design Optimization
(CDO) at MIT. |

Kartik
Sivaraman: A Graduate Trainee with Tata
Motors since July 2006, Kartik from Bangalore is
a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the National
Institute of Technology, Karnataka at Surathkal.
Keen on taking up a career as a research scientist
in the field of combustion and propulsion engineering,
he has secured admission for 2 yrs for the MS leading
to Ph.D. program in Mechanical Engineering at the
Federal institute of Technology, Zurich.
Freddie Mehta - Mentor: Completed
Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering (B.E.)
from Mumbai University. Went to the UK for Master's
degree. Completed MSc in Automotive Product Engineering
from Cranfield University. Worked with Ford Motor
Company, Europe for 1 year on petrol engine calibration
& development related to performance and economy.
Currently working with Jaguar Cars Ltd. as a CAE
Analyst.

Janardhan
Kodavasal: A Graduate B.Tech in Mechanical
Engineer from the National Institute of Technology,
Karnataka at Surathkal.Currently pursuing his MS
in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan University
Ann Arbor for 20 months. He had a campus placement
with Tata Motors at Pune, but has decided to go
for an MS in the US instead as he wants to work
there after the course. Passionate about cars from
a young age, his ultimate goal is to set up an automobile
company in India and develop clean and efficient
cars for the future. He has been a recipient of
the KVPY fellowship at school, abd was awarded the
Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific
Research (JNCASR) summer research Fellowship during
his engineering course, as a part of which he worked
in the Department of aerospace Engineering, IIT-
Madras.

Abhishek
Chari: An enthusiastic 21 yrs old from
Delhi . Abhishek completed his BSc (Hons) in Biomedical
Science with Distinction, from the University of
Delhi followed by a Post Graduate Diploma in molecular
and Biomedical Technology from the same industry.
His interest in the biological Science, particularly
in the significance of symbiotic phenomena in the
evolution of life.” Has motivated him to join
the 5years Ph.D programme in microbial Biology in
the University of Utah.
Dr. Bhisey – Mentor: A PhD
in applied Biology, Dr.Bhisey is a former director
of Cancer Resource Institute Mumbai and was the
